The concept for Rare aims to deliver an explorative and creative menu. The style of preparation delivers on the cornerstone of fine dining elements, yet in a pleasant, playful and modern way. Expect only the finest, and even rarest of ingredients, with local, chemical-free, and ethically produced ingredients being integral to the ethos.
